OK, so here's a question concerning email "etiquette". Once a carrier has been emailed - and they don't respond - what is the appropriate amount of time to wait before we email them again?
We originally decided that 30 days was the right amount of time. But when we actually sent emails to everybody and then waited the 30 days, we felt that we had lost continuity. So ...... we changed the waiting period to 15 days and we are firing off a new batch of emails as we speak.
