So how does the email process actually work?

First, you have to have access to the SAFER email addresses. This can be accomplished through access to MCMIS, access to a CVIEW or access to the UCR-Link product.

Once you have access to email addresses, you can usually download these addresses into some kind of spreadsheet so that you can actually see and work with the addresses.

In our early days of email use (a couple of months ago), we downloaded our unregistered list, which included email addresses, and manually populated our emails one name at a time. This method was very effective, but it was, well, manual!

Now, we use the Iteris emailer, which does the work for us. How beautiful is that?!?
